We are able to cut your timber to length at the time of ordering. As a trade supplier, lots of the timber we stock at the yard is provided in longer lengths than typical DIY stores. Therefore, we offer a cutting service to ensure the timber is a manageable size when it is collected or delivered to your property. Timber Ripped to Width.

We are able to offer a ripped to width service if you need a bespoke size of timber, but do not require planing. Ripped to width is typically quicker and cheaper process than planing, due to our current demand for joinery services.

MDF, Plywood & Sheet Stock Cut to Size.

We are able to cut sheet stock down to required sizes for you on site at the time of ordering. Please note, this service is for square cuts only. Profile cuts for sheet stock are not currently offered onsite. We offer a cutting service to ensure the timber is a manageable size when it is collected or delivered to your property. Timber Planed To Specification.

If your looking for a specific size, or species of Planed Square Edge (PSE) Timber, we can machine this onsite.

Made To Match Machining.

This is a very popular service that we offer. Ideal for house renovations, or furniture restorations, we can make timber to match existing profiles, mouldings. For the best results we recommend having a sample to hand, or detailed drawings of the profile.

We'd recommend bringing a sample with you to our yard, Our machinists can then match the profile based off the sample provided. This is not a service we are able to offer online due to the complexity of the machining. Use our contact form to detail the profile needed and a member of staff will be happy to help.

Bespoke Machining.

Using this service, we can make profiles based on drawings, plans or even an image found online. From an photo found on social media, to a architectural drawings, to an artists concept drawing, we can work with you to make it a reality.

Due to the technical nature of this machining, We recommend contacting us via email to ensure the scope of the project is in writing.

Timber Firrings.

Timber firrings can be cut to order based on your specification. We only offer a limited range online, bespoke sizes can be ordered by phone, email or at the yard.
