Our Online Store offers different types of delivery based on the items you are ordering and your location.

Click and Collect - Pay Online and come and collect your order from our Timber Yard. Great if you need to reserve some timber for a small DIY project. Once you have placed your order, a member of staff will let you know as soon as the order is ready to collect. 

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days across any location in our network. Depending on the time of the order, and your postcode, we may deliver from 1 - 5 working days depending on daily delivery routes.

Delivery Rates are now set once you add the items to your basket. Add the desired items to your basket, once you enter your postcode you should be given a delivery option. If no delivery option is present, we'd advise speaking with the sales team as it may be out of our delivery area.

Most Timber Products (Unless noted otherwise) are limited to SA, CF & NP Postcodes

Where Courier Delivery is indicated, We cover all of England and Wales and Most of Scotland.

For larger deliveries outside our delivery area:

Delivery is based on a quote-by-quote basis. We would need to know the full extent of your order and delivery area before being able to quote for delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We provide a section during the checkout on our website to notify us of any potential delivery issues. When you order online, please let us know of any potential delivery problems - e.g. a narrow road, cul de sac, cars parked in front of the property. We have a range of delivery vehicles, and we need to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated to your delivery.

The driver will hand offload, items to the customers' Driveway or Garden, at the closest point to the delivery vehicle. The driver is unfortunately not able to carry items to the back garden or into your House unless prior arrangements have been made. 

We advise waiting until goods have been delivered before booking any tradesmen. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.
